Your clinic gets a code and a QR code for the front desk. The owner points the camera, chooses the pets and that's it: in the panel you see who has a vaccine coming due, a booster or a follow-up pending, log what you gave and send exam results straight to the owner's phone.
The owner keeps owning the record and sees exactly what the clinic can access.
